The confezionatrice mod. “CAPRI” is a car pneumatic of small dimensions, planned and realized for the packaging of mozzarella or bocconcini in government liquid. The produced one is inserted in the tube maker by means of a ribaltabile slide that unloads the produced one, second the programming of the PLC having set in action the cylinders disposed tires inside of the car. Manual cycle or automatic rifle can work with. To every start automatically the knitting bars are shut producing the welding of the film, the dragging with motorized cinghioli, the filling of the liquid of government with incorporated self-priming pump and   the realization of the ended envelope.

Componentry in stainless steel, with circuit of incorporated car wash, produced with the concept “Planning the event” that through the planned maintenance and the control of the system it leads to the maximum efficiency, it increases the production and it reduces the arrest warrants plot.

Capri can work in cheese factories of small dimensions.

The work programme:

Devised in order protect the structure from eventual residual of tinplates, it is equipped of tank to pneumatic drive for the feeding of the produced one. The function “Cycle Automatic rifle” determines the sequenziale drainage of produced second the times set up on the PLC. On the frontal belt the start button is situated cycle and emergency for the fast interruption of the working cycle for random events.

Operation:

They can be manifactured single pieces from 125 to 500 grams or multiples, for example ten/twelve bocconcini. Tube of mold preparation:

The Base model mounts a tube of the diameter of 100 milimeter that forms one wide envelope 165mm. Apt measure to sizes that vary from 200 to 500 grams (or 10/12 bocconcini.)  Upon request “Capri” can be supplied with tube of the diameter of 88 Apt milimeter to single mozzarellas from 125/150/200 grams.

Traction of the film

The welding machines

They are managed for a very resistant welding, adapts to any thickness of film: Coupled Monosaldante, or Microforato or Cartene. The temperatures rigidly are controlled by electronic thermoregulators with luminous display devices that allow the visualization are of the set up temperature that of the job atmosphere. They are equipped of sensors mounted on the knitting bars. The circuit of feeding of the heating resistances is protect by electronic systems to the solid state. Dater

Model to impression of ink to fast drying. It works neumaticamente printing the written one to every working cycle. Upon request it can be supplied the EasyJet model to jet of ink with incorporated cartridge, programmable from PC. The formulation of the date of Production, the expiration, the lottery allows and the bar code. One gets up to date automatically.

The encoder

It is an electronic counter to vhf, mounted of series on all the versions of " Capri”. It communicates directly with logic of the PLC and allows, setting up a comparative numerical entity, the dimension (length) of the envelope. It is of high precision and it guarantees a constant measure of the envelopes.  It affords I use it of neutral films (without prints) or film with “Prints continuous” that allows to use the same coil mounted on the car, in order to manifacture miscellaneous mozzarellas weight and therefore envelopes of various lengths

The notch reader

It is a device with laser beam, than it reads to a printed publication reference in the margin of the coil (NOTCH) and allows to regulate the system of welding and cut so as to produce envelopes with centered written logo and. (It is an additional one of the system “Encoder” that it previews prints continuous of the film.)

N.B the system “reader Tacca” is not previewed in the HappyCapri/base, for which option is considered to order besides.
